SMS Messaging Program
Cleared Home Lending may operate an SMS messaging program for users who optionally opt in through our website forms. Message use cases may include responses to your inquiry, mortgage application follow-up, document requests, appointment reminders, loan-status updates, and related service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of obtaining services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. For SMS assistance, reply HELP, email support@clearedlending.com, or call 832-655-2996. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
